These are highly palpable frequencies facilitated by your Reconnective Healing® Practitioner that continue long after your session has finished.  

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A HEALING SESSION ?

You simply lie down on a couch, a bed (or can be seated) and relax, while I access the frequencies.  

I become a catalyst for the frequencies and tap into the energy field and bring those frequencies from the energy field (that is all around us) to raise the vibration of your energy field (your aura). This is then utilised by the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. 

 I do not direct the energy, it will go where it is most needed.

 I do not touch the body.  You just close your eyes and relax and simply notice what occurs. 

You might experience what are known as 'registers' which can cause your fingers or feet to move slightly.  This is an indication that the frequencies are present.  Some people experience these movement and some do not.  This does not mean that you are not receiving a healing but it might be on the emotional, mental or spiritual areas.

 It is best if you are open to receive the frequencies without any attachment to the outcome.  

The frequencies become stronger the further away from the body I am. 

 HOW LONG IS A SESSION ?

A session typically lasts approximately 30-40  minutes.

It is recommended that you have 3 sessions as each one is unique and can differ from each other.  Some people only require 1 session.  It's completely up to you.

 Or, if you prefer -

 DISTANT/REMOTE HEALING SESSIONS

 are available if you are unable to travel.

These frequencies are just as effective from a distance as

they are when the healing is facilitated by the 

practitioner in the same room as you.
